iOS Safari and Chrome now ship on-device speech recognition. Voice-first capture finally works without sending audio anywhere — the meeting recap leaves your phone as text, not audio.

Brief

the read lands before you do

Fifteen minutes before each external meeting on your calendar, Khyaa pushes a 200-word brief to your phone:

  • Spouse, kids, milestones from the last six months
  • Last three touchpoints with sentiment
  • Open commitments YOU made, with dates
  • One fresh hook from the last fourteen days of their public life

You walk in already remembering. The client feels it.

Capture

talk for sixty seconds, never write a note again

After the meeting, open Khyaa, hit one big button, and talk. Sixty seconds default, ninety seconds if you need it. Khyaa extracts the commitments and new facts, surfaces them for you to glance at, and updates the per-client memory.

  • Your CRM stays the system of record
  • No template, no typing
  • One button, one minute

Your CRM gets filled out for you.

Ask

query your whole book in plain English

One input on the home screen — “Ask anything about your book.” Three starter prompts when you don’t know where to begin:

  • “Which clients mentioned RSUs vesting this quarter?”
  • “Who’s still waiting on the Roth conversion analysis I promised?”
  • “What did the Patels say about their daughter’s Brown tuition?”

Every claim in every answer carries a chip back to the exact note it came from. Defensible by construction.

In this issue, two weeks

Three RIAs — real names, no stock photos.

Advisor testimonials are landing here in two weeks. We’re holding the slot empty rather than dressing it with stock photos and made-up quotes.

Free during beta. No card, no limits.

Khyaa is free for every advisor in our beta cohort. No credit card on signup, no upgrade gate hidden behind a feature you actually need.

Questions advisors ask first.

Is Khyaa a CRM replacement?

No. Your CRM stays the system of record. Khyaa is additive — we add the pre-meeting brief and the post-meeting voice-dump on top of whatever you already use. We never write to your CRM.

How does this hold up under SEC marketing rule and Reg BI?

Per-client memory is isolated. Every answer cites the source note, which makes it defensible in a documentation review. We do not use your data to train Khyaa's models. Export everything as JSON or delete in under 60 seconds. SOC 2 in progress — request our security questionnaire and we'll send the current control matrix the same day.

What if a client asks me to forget something?

One click. Khyaa stops referencing the memory in every brief immediately, and we purge or archive it under SEC retention rules (Rule 204-2 may require us to tombstone advice-related communications for 5 years rather than hard-delete) — we confirm exactly which path your record took, in writing, within 7 days.

How does Khyaa fit into my existing stack?

Khyaa is additive and CRM-agnostic. You keep using whatever you already use as your system of record; Khyaa adds the pre-meeting brief and the post-meeting voice-dump on top. We don't read from or write to your CRM in v0 — capture is voice + paste. CRM read-only sync is on the roadmap, not the v0 promise.

What does it cost?

Nothing. No card on signup, no upgrade gate, no usage caps.

Founder note
I built Khyaa because the best advisors I know spend the first fifteen minutes of every day terrified they’ll forget the spouse’s name, the kid’s college, the promise made last quarter — and the worst ones already have. Wealthbox is a filing cabinet; ChatGPT doesn’t know your book; Fathom captures during the meeting, not before. Khyaa closes the fifteen-minute gap so every client feels like your only client.
